Q: How do I design my ideal bathroom?
A: We firstly recommend, to measure length, width & height of your bathroom and also the size of all installed equipment in your bathroom. If you bring these measurements in, our sales staff will gladly give all the help and advice you need to plan your bathroom in our showroom.
We can virtually supply most of your bathroom needs.
Q: How long does an average installation take?
A: Well it depends on what work you require to your bathroom.
An average installation means stripping out old fittings & furniture, and the removal of wall/ floor tiles if required. Then the adjusting the pipework and electrical supply. After that, your new tiles or panels are fitted and thereafter your new bathroom equipment.
All of this can take on average 4-6 days but depends entirely on your bathroom requirements.
Q: Can you supply goods only?
A: If you have your own fitters in mind, we can supply you bathroom products of your own choice. We have a large selection of products for you to take your time and choose from. Our showroom staff will help you and advise you if you need any advice.
Q: Do your fitters carry out all installation requirements?
A: All our fitters are highly experienced and can do all aspects of your fitting, electrics, plumbing, tiling and plastering. We also do our best to arrange a suitable time for your installation and ensure you have toilet facilities at the end of the day, during your installation.
Q: What about Guarantee?
A: A one year guarantee is given for all installations.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We have a delivery service available on request, our deliveries are taken to your home at a time suitable for you. This is not a free service our showroom staff will give a delivery cost based on where you live and distance from showroom.
Q: Where are your products from?
A: All our products are from British manufacturers & distributors to ensure high quality standards and a good back up service for your products.
Our goods are checked on arrival at warehouse and checked again before delivery or collection.
